What fantastic service as always.
My car broke down, I asked yo be taken to CGR. It was near the end if the day and they still had a quick check and a quote for works needed. I was expecting to wait a couple of days, but less than 24 hours later my car was ready to collect. That's why I always recommend CGR

Very happy with this dealer. I bought a car from them, it was really clean throughout, new MOT, with new rear brake pads. After a few days I found that the jack and tool kit was missing. The dealer got me a replacement within two days. Brilliant.

The team at CGR Car Sales are fantastic. I locked myself out of my car whilst it was running and they came out immediately to help, charging a very reasonable amount.

The following day I managed to get the key stuck in my car door and again they were there within 10minutes of me calling and didn't charge me at all for the second call out at all.

I would highly recommend the team and feel that they really look after their customers ensuring a professional service is always offered with extremely fair prices.

I suffered a puncture on the way to work and had to get it fixed as soon as I could. CGR was really responsive and told me to bring it in immediately. Sure enough, they made the time to help me

The price was very reasonable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The new tyre has been absolutely fine and I've experienced no other problems since

Additionally, the car was returned in exactly the same condition in which it was left. No oily handprints or greasy footprints or temporary seat covers left in place. If I need anything else working on, CGR will be a serious consideration

Coming from Scotland I found the car online, phoned and spoke to Chris and he was very helpful and honest. Car was as described on their website when I collected. We recently purchased a Passat from this garage and the entire experience from beginning to end was amazing. Excellent customer service, handing us the keys to the car and allowing us to take our time looking at the car. When deciding we'd take the car they took the time to run through the cost per month for different terms. Very easy to talk to and happy to answer any questions even on the morning we picked up the car the mechanic came out and showed us around the different aspects of the car. Would highly recommend this garage to any friends or family. Whether you're looking for a family car or a little run around they have a large variety of cars on the forecourt.

Can't thank CGR enough, my dad (who's in our bubble) lives alone and was over to see us broke down and his car wouldn't start.

CGR sent out a mechanic who looked at the car diagnosed the issue and helped to bump start to get it to the garage.

They repaired it with 24hrs and never ripped him off for the price either.
